Hygge house is located a half mile from downtown Accord. It's a charming two bedroom, 1 bath cottage known for being quiet and clean. It sits on an acre and a half of yard that includes lots of grass and woods, providing a nice privacy buffer between neighbors.
The cozy living room has a smart tv and wood burning stove, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The dining room has a table that expands with two build in leaf's.
The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and features a variety of spices and teas. Basic coffee fixings include sugar and powdered cream. Guests are responsible for brining their coffee and creamer of choice. Counter top appliances include a slot toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a microwave. There is a gas stove and oven and a good sized refrigerator. Essential paper goods like paper towels, napkins and coffee filters are well stocked. There is a Brita water filter that guests are welcome to use. The tap water is safe to drink.
Bedroom 1 features a Queen size bed with hypoallergenic bedding. It has windows on two walls with a great view of sunrise if you are up early enough. There is closet space and dressers for two people. There is a window air conditioning unit installed seasonally.
Bedroom 2 features a twin over full bunkbed, a dresser and closet space. There is a window air conditioning unit installed seasonally.
Other amenities include a wash and dryer, dedicated work station, fully stocked kitchen and counter top appliances, close proximity to a small grocery store, liquor store, and dining options. There is a back deck that includes seating and a private view of the back yard. An air mattress with sheets, pillow and a blanket are stored in a big allergen free bag in the hall closet.
A firepit in the side yard is great for unwinding with smores.
Don't forget to stargaze as you walk into the house from your car at night.
There is a maximum of 6 guests.
The home is pet free though service animals are welcome.
No events are allowed on the property.
